Why buy a used Mini?

Mini brings you innovative design and advanced engine technology. With everything from compact, city cars to supreme off-road and technologically advanced vehicles, Mini doesn’t disappoint with its offering.

Three or five doors, the modern day Mini is much more spacious than previous generations – now being a practical family car. With a choice of petrol or diesel engines and three or four cylinder options, you can opt for efficiency or a model with added oomph.

Mini’s performance is a big selling point – smart, responsive, agile and well-balanced – it ticks every box when it comes to road appeal. And in an industry filled with copycat styling, no other car is as recognisable as a Mini. It has style and attitude.

Which Mini is right for me?

The Mini Range

More affordable: Mini Hatchback

More affordable: Mini Hatchback

The Mini Hatchback captures the spirit of the original 1959 model – but with the latest technology and a range of petrol & diesel engines, it’s one of the most desirable brands on the road, it retains its value.

But that’s not just because of its quirky retro image. The drive quality is impressive, with sharp handling, direct steering and two feisty yet economical engines. The interior is full of character – not to everyone’s taste but certainly playful with oversized central instruments that dominate the dashboard.

Cheap to run and fun to drive – the Mini Hatchback is an affordable luxury, all while retaining the style and character of its former self.

Fun and fresh: Mini Convertible

Fun and fresh: Mini Convertible

If you’re looking for style and fun while conceding a little in practicality – this is the car for you. The Mini convertible has a desirable design; featuring the same much loved characteristics of the original Mini hatch but with the added benefit of an open top. You can keep covered in bad weather, let in the breeze when part opened as a sunroof or enjoy the wind in your hair with the roof all the way down.

Economical to run, there’s a range of efficient engines to choose from and standard equipment includes all kinds of mod-cons. Full of features, the Mini convertible has elements you won’t find in any other car.

Same style, more space: Mini Countryman

Same style, more space: Mini Countryman

Mini’s first SUV, available in four-wheel drive – The Countryman. Boasting the trademark style of the original Mini, it’s 10cm wider and 15cm taller than the regular hatch.

Practical for families, the Countryman’s 350 litre boot expands to 1,170 litres; ideal for stowing a pushchair or bike. Plus, there’s a false boot floor for deeper items or valuables to keep out of view.

The four-metre model with its roomy interior gives passengers plenty of room to stretch out. And for extra legroom upfront, the seats move backwards up to 13cm.

All in all, the Countryman is a practical family car that doesn’t compromise on style.

Distinct style: Mini Paceman

Distinct style: Mini Paceman

The Mini Paceman is renowned for its extra passenger space and powerful engines. The Cooper D diesel trim can comfortably return a 67mpg score, while the Cooper SD trim, which may not be as quick as the Cooper S, also provides a great economical option. The raised suspension of the Paceman means it can handle bumps a lot better than other Mini models, whilst also providing a better view of the road.
