By road
We are situated off Lord Sheldon Way, which joins Manchester Road (A635) just west of junction 23 of the M60. If you are using software navigation please use the postcode OL7 0DN as several systems incorrectly route to our post code. From this junction you will see our site down Lord Sheldon Way (you should see a Travelodge at the start of Lord Sheldon Way).
* M60 Heading South (We are 3-4 mins from the M60 exit.)
* Exit the M60 at Junction 23. At the top of the slip road turn right.
* Go straight over the next set of lights and then get into the right hand lane.
* At the next set of lights turn right.
* Turn right at the next two sets of lights and then right at the roundabout. Our entrance is down that road on the right.
* M60 Heading North (We are 3-4 mins from the M60 exit.)
* Exit the M60 at Junction 23. At the top of the slip road be in the left hand land and turn left.
* Then get in the second lane from the left, which takes you straight across the next set of lights.
* Turn right at the next two sets of lights and then right at the roundabout. Our entrance is down that road on the right.
Nearest railway station
Our local railway station is Ashton-under-Lyne. It is located just off Wellington Road, which is less than five minutes from our site. The easiest way to get to us from there is by taxi.

Ashton bus station is located in the centre of the town. The easiest way to get to us from there is by taxi. We are about five minutes' ride from the station.
Taxi Directions
Our site is located off Lord Sheldon Way. You need to be midway between the Ashton Moss Leisure Park and the Snipe Retail Park, both of which are well-known local destinations.
