Every one of our cars gets our unique vehicle inspection when it arrives, just to ensure there are no nasty surprises. Not only do we check the condition and specification of the vehicle, we also inspect every working item on it to find out if anything needs fixing or replacing in order to get the car to our famed standard.
All our cars also have a full provenance check as standard with Experian, and we investigate their mileage. After all, like you, we want everything to be above board. And if anything doesn’t stack up, then it doesn’t go on our displays. No way.
Prepared to a standard
Unlike the competition, we prepare all our cars to a set standard. We believe it’s the only way to make sure you get a great quality used car from us first time, every time.
You see most dealers will check a car, then decide what preparation work they want to do based on a budget. That’s not us. Our principle is a simple one – do whatever is needed, no matter what the cost.
First, every car goes into our fully equipped workshop. Here it undergoes a professional inspection based on its the age, mileage and service history. This can be anything from a thorough underbody inspection and levels check, to a full manufacturer's scheduled service. If new parts are needed, we only use manufacturer approved ones to ensure any warranty on the vehicle stays valid.
Every one of our preparation centres also have their own MOT bays. That way, if a car has 6 months’ or less until it needs an MOT Test or is less that 3 months’ away from its first one, we’ll MOT it in-house. How’s that for peace of mind?
Plus, rest assured, if any refurbishment or replacement is needed (for example brake discs and pads, tyres, etc) all work will be done before you get behind the wheel for a test drive.
And when it comes to the cosmetic condition – we have skilled technicians to complete even the most detailed of repairs to ensure your car will be pristine inside and out.
