We understand that today’s customers wants help making the right decisions instead of being dealt with by pushy sales people.
Therefore we are currently looking for people without motor trade sales experience but instead people who can talk to our customers and get a true understanding of their requirement so we can genuinely help confirm that their choices are in line with all of their requirements.
If you have a passion or knowledge of the motor industry and enjoy the challenges of helping customers on a one to one basis then this could be for you.
You will need at least 2 years retail experience in a face to face environment, highly motivated, very credible, able to communicate at all levels with all ages offering a customer service experience second to none. If you are hungry for success as well as a great communicator and can deliver our very high Brand values then you may be exactly the person we are looking for.
In return we offer 2 days off during the week, a basic wage of between £12,500 and £17,500 with earnings in region of £26,000 to £32,000. We offer excellent ongoing training programmes designed to motivate and better the individual.

Eligibility Requirements;
Prior motor industry experience is not essential, but the successful candidate will need to have experience of working in a busy office environment. The successful applicant will need the following skills; organization, accuracy / attention to detail, prioritization and be able to manage their own workload, be numerate and be computer literate. Personality; need to be able to fit in with a lively team within our buying department. Main duties would include; managing our 5 cars transporter, communicating with our logistic companies and processing the relevant paperwork to complete our purchases. The Position is 5 days per week plus some Saturday mornings, flexibility is required. Starting salary around £14,000 P/A. Training will be given.
