We are looking for either people with motor trade sales experience that have first rate customer service skills or someone who has at least 2 years face to face customer sales experience in a retail environment.

The ideal person is customer focussed, highly motivated and enthusiastic, with a real passion to deliver the very best customer experience. You will ideally be a good learner, with smart appearance and have a real desire to help customers by understanding their needs.

In return we offer 2 days off during the week, a basic wage of between £12,500 and £17,500 with earnings in region of £28,000 to £35,000. Additionally our in house training programmes will help you develop your knowledge & skills.

Motor Vehicle technician, Sheffield

The candidate must be an experienced Motor Vehicle Technician, ideally from a Franchised or a volume independent background. You will need a full UK driving license, a good understanding of diagnostics and holding an MOT Testers Licence would be an advantage but not essential.

In return we offer an annual salary of £20500 for a 46.5 hour week plus a monthly bonus giving you an OTE of £25000

Payments & Stock Administrator, Wakefield

Main duties will include; being responsible for a number of high level role with our stock administration, as well as updating and maintaining our stock system. Motor trade experience is preferred but not essential; however previous experience of a busy office environment with similar high-level responsibilities would be acceptable. Accuracy, attention to detail and a good standard of computer literacy and numeracy are required.

The successful applicant will need the ability to prioritise and manage a heavy workload. Working with the buying team in a lively office environment, this position is 5 ½ days per week and a good salary is offered for the right candidate

Aftersales Manager

Location: Wakefield

A rare opportunity exists to lead our preparation team at Wakefield. This would be a responsibility for our busy valet, bodyshop and pre sale service departments. The Car People are a leading Car Supermarket retailing 7000 cars a year. You will be able to lead through excellent communication skills. Have good numeric and verbal reasoning. Possess good motivational and people management skills and be able to understand and interpret our key performance indicators.

We are after someone who will embrace our general ethos of Quantity, Quality and Control. You will have spent a minimum of 5 years in a profitable service department within the motor vehicle industry, a minimum of three years managing a team.

You will report directly to the General Manager and an excellent package will be on offer to the right candidate with a basic of £40,000 and bonus up to £5000 making an OTE of £45000.
